The purpose of the US Cricket League (USCL) – Tournament Rules is to establish the code of conduct for the tournament and apply the MCC Laws of Cricket to the competition held under the auspices of USCL. Except as varied hereunder the Laws of Cricket (2000 Code 4th Edition – 2010) and Standard T-20 International Match Playing Conditions (October 2012) will apply.

The USCL Tournament Rules are subject to change annually in accordance with the rules and guidelines published by International Cricket Council (ICC) for limited overs cricket. All changes to the USCLTournament Rules will be implemented during the off-season (Generally, the months of December through March), and will be made available to the membership prior to the commencement of the next season. USCL Tournament Rules are not expected to change during the cricket season (Generally, the months of April through November) unless the circumstances absolutely require such action.
